Is your fee negotiable?
Our professional fee includes marketing, viewings, admin, calls, advertising and all other services we provide, our services are also done at no cost to yourself until we are successful, so in many cases where the property is sold or let by another party we will have lost that entire investment of time, money and effort, so while strictly speaking it is negotiable, negotiating our fee means we will put less time, money and effort into the selling/letting of your property and may in the end be unproductive because optimal resources are not used in helping you achieve your property goals
